These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products and features of the 1x beat platform. By accessing the website, creating an account or using the service in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on 1x beat, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is not accepted. The platform may request relevant documents for age verification at any time.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device or the same household is prohibited. If this rule is broken, all associated accounts may be closed and their balances will be considered void.

1.3 Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and correct. If false or incorrect information is provided, 1x beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. 1.4 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access or a security breach, the 1x beat support team must be notified immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The approved methods for depositing funds on 1x beat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and this limit is the same for all methods.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may take up to 5–30 minutes to process. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

2.3 Responsibility for Deposits and Withdrawals

2.4 Third-Party Funds

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking or bank account is strictly prohibited. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on the user's account.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.

3.2 Conditions for Other Bonuses

Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. The weekly reload bonus, Friday Dhamaka, slots win bonus, birthday gift and referral reward — the specific conditions for each will be communicated at the time of the promotion. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategic betting to exploit the bonus system, using multiple accounts or any other fraudulent activity will result in the bonus being cancelled. If such activity is found to be occurring at 1x beat's discretion, the account may be closed.

4.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets on 1x beat are finalised, they cannot be changed. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify all details carefully before confirming a bet. If a technical error results in an incorrect bet being placed, the support team must be informed immediately.

4.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If any cricket match, football game or other event is cancelled or left incomplete, 1x beat will settle the outcome of that bet in accordance with standard industry practice. In the case of an incomplete event, the bet amount is generally refunded.

4.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), all selections in a multi-bet must be correct to win a payout. If one selection loses, the entire multi-bet is void. Odds may change and alter the value of a bet — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.

4.4 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself. If a software bug or error results in an abnormal win, 1x beat reserves the right to void that win.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The 1x beat VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can move up to a higher tier by remaining regularly active and continuing to bet on the platform.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback on net losses is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. Example: a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5.3 Conditions for VIP Benefits

VIP benefits apply only to active accounts. VIP tier status may change if an account is inactive for an extended period or if policies are violated. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to the VIP programme.

1x beat believes that betting and casino games are a form of entertainment, but they should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. Users should not bet beyond their means.

1x beat will not be liable for any loss on a transaction or bet caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection. It is the user's responsibility to access the platform using a reliable internet connection.

10.3 Limitation of Damages
